- To try one month on monthly billing: Google Flow is cheaper, Plus at $4.99/mo; the cheapest on Kling AI is Standard at $8.8/mo.
- If you need a China entry point: we confirmed Kling AI has one (Chinese-language entry); Google Flow's China channel is unconfirmed, which is not the same as absent. An entry point does not mean the same plans or prices.

Credit rules
Google Flow
Monthly Flow credits do not roll over. Veo 3.1 Fast and Lite cost half as many credits on the Ultra plans, and the table below works each plan out separately.
Kling AI
Plan allowances, credit validity and whether commercial use is allowed are all unconfirmed so far.
Credits are not a shared currency: one Google Flow credit and one Kling AI credit buy different things, so the counts cannot be compared directly.
