Which to choose, and when

If a confirmed price matters: we verified Vidu's price; Higgsfield is currently "Manually recorded price", so recheck its amounts below on the official site before ordering.
To try one month on monthly billing: Vidu is cheaper, Standard at $10/mo; the cheapest on Higgsfield is Starter at $15/mo.
If you want to know what the credits buy before paying: Higgsfield publishes per-second model rates, worked out on its tool page; for Vidu we have not found official rates that allow this.
If you need a China entry point: we confirmed Vidu has one (China website); Higgsfield's China channel is unconfirmed, which is not the same as absent. An entry point does not mean the same plans or prices.

There is no "better overall" verdict. Each point above fits one situation; choose by whichever matters most in yours.

Credit rules

Higgsfield

Credits are given monthly and each model uses a different amount. In the official comparison table only Wan 3.0 has exact credit costs; the other models show approximate figures, so only Wan 3.0 is included in the calculator.

Vidu

Subscription credits are issued monthly and valid for 30 days. The developer API is billed separately and not included in the subscription.

Credits are not a shared currency: one Higgsfield credit and one Vidu credit buy different things, so the counts cannot be compared directly.
