Which to choose, and when
- To try one month on monthly billing: Runway is cheaper, Standard at $15/mo; the cheapest on InVideo AI is Starter at $20/mo.
- If you will use it for a full year: the entry plan billed annually is $120 on InVideo AI and $144 on Runway. Annual plans are usually paid up front, so they only pay off if you use the whole year.
- If you need AI avatar presenters: by this site's use categories only InVideo AI covers it; Runway does not.
- If you want Seedance 2.5: both offer it. We don't yet have an exact official rate for it at either.
- If you want Seedance 2.0 Fast: both offer it. We only have an exact official rate for it on Runway, so only there can you work out a month's seconds before paying.
- If you plan to subscribe inside the iPhone app: we have no InVideo AI in-app prices to compare with its website; Runway costs the same in the app as on its website. Compared at US prices, which exclude tax on both sides.

Plan credits reset monthly per seat and unused credits do not roll over; generative models deduct at their own rates.
Runway
Standard and Pro credits reset every month; Max carries unused credits into the next month. Rules last confirmed on Sep 14, 2026.
Credits are not a shared currency: one InVideo AI credit and one Runway credit buy different things, so the counts cannot be compared directly.
