Both handle creative shorts, product and ad content. Below we compare only what the official sites publish: prices, annual billing, models and credit rules. We don't judge whose output is better — we have no side-by-side samples to publish, so it would be a guess.
Which to choose, and when
- Neither tool's prices could be rechecked just now, so treat the amounts below as a guide only.
- To try one month on monthly billing: Krea is cheaper, Basic at $9/mo; the cheapest on PixVerse is Standard at $10/mo.
- If you will use it for a full year: the entry plan billed annually is $63 on Krea and $96 on PixVerse. Annual plans are usually paid up front, so they only pay off if you use the whole year.
- If you want Seedance 2.5: both offer it. We don't yet have an exact official rate for it at either.

- If you need a China entry point: we confirmed PixVerse has one (mainland China App Store); Krea's China channel is unconfirmed, which is not the same as absent. An entry point does not mean the same plans or prices.
There is no "better overall" verdict. Each point above fits one situation; choose by whichever matters most in yours.

Credit rules
Krea
Compute units are given monthly and each model uses a different amount; the official documentation gives only approximate figures, so this site does not include Krea in the calculator.
PixVerse
Membership credits reset every 30 days; a separate 60 daily credits expire the same day and do not accumulate into the monthly pool.
Credits are not a shared currency: one Krea credit and one PixVerse credit buy different things, so the counts cannot be compared directly.
