Which to choose, and when

- To try one month on monthly billing: Krea is cheaper, Basic at $9/mo; the cheapest on Pika is Starter at $10/mo.
- If you will use it for a full year: the entry plan billed annually is $63 on Krea and $96 on Pika. Annual plans are usually paid up front, so they only pay off if you use the whole year.

Krea
Compute units are given monthly and each model uses a different amount; the official documentation gives only approximate figures, so this site does not include Krea in the calculator.
Pika
Each plan states its monthly credits, which video and image generation both draw on; check rollover and expiry terms before you pay.
Credits are not a shared currency: one Krea credit and one Pika credit buy different things, so the counts cannot be compared directly.
